Shenchang Zhan Tea House has a long history dating back to 1912, when it first established a tea station in Hekou, Liubao Town, Guangxi Province. In the 1930s, it launched the “Four Coins” and “Double Coins” trademarks in Guangzhou, marked with “Hekou Station” to highlight its authentic origin. This aged Liubao tea offers a mellow and rich taste. The tea liquor is smooth, sweet, and quickly brings a lingering hui gan (pleasant returning sweetness) and salivation. It carries a silky, glutinous mouthfeel with a unique “sticky” and “melting” sensation, making it exceptionally smooth down the throat. The aroma is layered and complex, dominated by herbal-wood sweetness, accompanied by ginseng notes, aged fragrance, betel nut, with occasional hints of dairy and roasted grain, creating a deep and memorable tea experience.
